Shipping
All goods are sent from Spain and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to sales@losobjetosdecorativos.com
The delivery of each product may depend on different factors such as origin, availability of stock, holidays, etc. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. This period will be treated as working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays).
Shipping cost
The shipping costs resulting from purchased items will be reflected in the final moment of purchase, and will depend on the destination. Clients can choose within a selection of shipping providers. However, Los Objetos Decorativos reserves the right to vary the type of shipping and transport company, according to availability.
Delivery
Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance – this is not included in the approximate delivery time.
Covid-19
You might experience delay in deliveries, since regulations are changing on a daily basis and this might prolong custom clearance and the like.
Brexit
All deliveries of UK orders will unfortunately be delayed due to BREXIT.
