When purchasing at losobjetosdecorativos.com you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the terms through carefully before purchasing.

Payment

We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. The payment charge is done instantly as soon as the payment system receives the proper information.
Payments can be done through Credit card or Paypal.
If you choose to pay through Paypal, you will be redirected to their website in order to complete the purchase, and you will be charged to your Paypal account.
All prices are stated in Euro and includes 21% VAT.The price must be paid in full at time of purchase. LOD reserves the right to modify at any time the sales prices. 

Security

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). Only Stripe and Paypal have access to your data. It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorised entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.
Our website is SSL certified.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and it’s successor TLS (Transport Layer Security) are methods used to secure and encrypt sensitive information like credit card information, usernames, passwords, and other private data sent over the Internet.

Purchase

In order to purchase items at losobjetosdecorativos.com, you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the package is ready for shipment, our delivery company will send a confirmation email from their part offering tracking information.
Please take into account that the order preparation can take between 3 to 5 days, and shipping will be according to the shipment service selected when fulfilling your order.

Delivery

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance – this is not included in the approximate delivery time.

Shipping

All goods are sent from Spain and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to sales@losobjetosdecorativos.com.

The delivery of each product may depend on different factors such as origin, availability of stock, holidays, etc. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. This period will be treated as working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays).

Shipping cost

The shipping costs resulting from purchased items will be reflected in the final moment of purchase, and will depend on the destination. Clients can choose within a selection of shipping providers. However, Los Objetos Decorativos reserves the right to vary the type of shipping and transport company, according to availability. 

Covid-19

You might experience delay in deliveries, since regulations are changing on a daily basis and this might prolong custom clearance and the like.

Brexit

All deliveries of UK orders will unfortunately be delayed due to BREXIT.
Every order will be processed in compliance with the current legislation. More information will follow.

Cancellations

The Customer may not request the cancellation of the order once payment has been made.

Returns and Exchanges

Los Objetos Decorativos accepts returns within 14 days upon receiving your item. The products must be returned in the same condition as it was when received, in the same original packaging. Returns and exchanges shipping price is not covered by us, and if the product were to arrive in a different condition than when received, the amount would not be refunded. This is specially important for us as we sell decorative pieces made of delicate materials, that if broken, cannot be fixed.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number, and the reason for returning. Please contact us at sales@losobjetosdecorativos.com before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return.
When we have received the item and approved the return we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.
Los Objetos Decorativos is not responsible for products that are not purchased directly at losobjetosdecorativos.com. Claims must be made to the store in which the product has been purchased. 

Complaints 

Los Objetos Decorativos follows the guidelines and laws established in the European Consumer Center in Spain. Complaints can be made of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. However, this does not apply to defects or damages caused by the client. In connection with complaints, defects and faults or non-delivery of goods please contact mail@losobjetosdecorativos.com.

Customs Duty and VAT

As a company in a country within the EU, clients are paying 21% VAT (included in the price of the item), but will not have to pay any customs duties nor extra taxes. Clients purchasing from countries outside the EU may have to pay extra duties and taxes, which we are not responsible for.
Please note that items may be held in customs for some extra time, which could delay the delivery, and the client has to take charge of paying the duties in order to receive their order.

Colours

We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
Our pieces are produced by artisans, meaning each particular item can be slightly different, due to ceramic products and varnishes, and can change from one production to the next one.

When you buy a product from Los Objetos Decorativos  you automatically accept being signed up to our newsletter. You will receive information about new products, special offers, collaborations, and others. This service can be switched off at any time. You can find an unsubscribe link in the bottom of each newsletter email.
